 Upon completion of the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail message
from us confirming your order. If you desire further order status, please send us
an e-mail message at info@avmediadepot.com and be sure to include your
order number. We will respond back as soon as we can with the status of your
order. Pack items to be returned complete with all accessories and manuals,
and a note describing the nature of the problem. To insure proper replacement
or credit please include a copy of the original packing slip.

 All new equipment purchaces will include a manufacturer's warranty. The
warranty period varies and can be found packed with each item.
